I am currently working on supporting Chinese characters for character names;

The field in the character table and related tables have been altered to use a collation that supports Chinese, yet an error pops up when creating a character with a Chinese name.

Most of the simulator servers I used before operated this way. What I want to ask is whether there is a character check somewhere?

If you can't, I won't bother anymore. Because I have fully implemented everything in the server-side database, there are no other solutions available.

The character's name consists of 5 ideograms, and the guild's name has 4, using Chinese characters compatible with the supported encoding. Anything beyond this won't be accepted; we might expand this in the future, but it would require a significant amount of work.

It is only better than having no support for now; waiting for you to release the update.
